We partner closely with SNFs nationwide, combining clinical services with relationship‑driven, data‑informed support. The Market CRM Representative is a local, field‑based relationship role supporting a defined group of skilled nursing facilities within an assigned market. This flexible, part‑time contractor position serves as a consistent, trusted presence on behalf of Puzzle Healthcare—strengthening partnerships, identifying early concerns, and supporting continuity between leadership touchpoints. This is a local, market‑specific 1099 independent contractor role with an expected commitment of 8–15 hours per month and no out‑of‑market travel required.
