Maintenance Mechanic
Duties includes, but not limited to:
- Performs interior building maintenance, operation, repair, and construction work.
- Measures, cuts, constructs or repairs wood or wood substitutes, for items such as scaffolding, staging parts, panels, bins, pallets, concrete forms, dry wall, roof decking, and suspended ceilings.
- Measures, cuts, constructs and installs wood, brick and masonry, dry wall to extremely close tolerances where there must be an exact fit and structural soundness.
- Completes all trim work and is able to fabricate furniture and cabinetry.
- Repairs leak after ensuring that the damaged area is properly dried out and adequately prepared for the repair.
- Maintains, repairs, alters, and constructs masonry structures of brick, block, stone, firebrick, and similar materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm.
