Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current unrestricted license
• Doctoral education required
• OASIS visits experience required
• Add-on evals experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: None
• Coverage area: Kanawha County
