We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while promoting dignity and respect.

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio.

• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Passion for delivering exceptional care in a long-term care environment.
