Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader – Tree Care to supervise tree care crews on commercial properties. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead daily operations including pruning, removals, cabling, and stump grinding while ensuring strict safety and quality standards. You’ll operate and direct use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and loaders, read work orders, and communicate with supervisors and clients on-site. You’ll train crew members, inspect equipment, document work, and support scheduling so projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to Yellowstone’s high standards.
