Staff Development Coordinator-RN

We are seeking an outstanding Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Lakewood, CO. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve. What we offer

- Assess learning needs and designs in-service and continuing ed programs based on quality assurance data to meet needs and regulatory guidelines
- Develops, implements, communicated, and evaluates annual training plan
- Develops specific teaching plans and programs to cover training needs for all roles on a regular basis.
- Works with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care is held to highest standard and all facility policies and procedures are carried out by every staff member.
- Must hold current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required. Background/training in infection control is preferred.
- Current CPR certificate.
