We have a successful and busy insurance business, so we are looking for someone with a detail‑oriented work style. This role will be located at our Davenport, Iowa branch. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Exceptional member service, problem solving and decision‑making skills Demonstrated professional communication, accuracy and attention to detail Known to be reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations Key Responsibilities Acts as the first point of contact for the agency and provides exceptional service. Documents all member interactions and requests completely, accurately and efficiently. Supports the service and sales agents. Coordinates billing operations to ensure accuracy. Physical Requirements Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
