Radiologic Technologist Lead# Careers## Radiologic Technologist LeadApply: SKH Skokie Ambulatory Care Center: Full time: Posted Today: R48133**Hourly Pay Range:**$34.03 - $52.75 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.**Position Highlights:**• **Position:**Radiologic Technologist Lead• **Location:** Skokie, IL• **Full Time/Part Time:**Full time, 40 hours• **Hours:** M-F 7am-3:30pm• **Required Travel:** Yes, local**What you will do:**· Perform radiographic exams/obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.· Oversees the ortho suite and assists with ACC-B ortho workflow and efficiency.* Ensure that patient experience is a priority and that the department is maintaining a level of professionalism.* Handle patient recovery.* Stay on top of exam delays.* Keeps track of trends in productivity.* Be the contact person for the practice manager while maintaining a productive relationship with all employees in medical group.* Strong problem solving skills.* Knowledge of API/Radiant/Intelerad.* Will perform tech evaluations.* Make sure that all techs are up to date on licenses, CPR, DevelopU classes, and Flu shots.* Onboard new employees.**What you will need:**• **License:**IEMA licensing required• **Education:**Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program• **Certification:**CPR certification required. ARRT registered.• **Experience:** 2-3 years of previous tech experience.
