City of Manassas, VA, US Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually Villagio Hospitality Group is growing!!! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has NEW RESTAURANT OPENING experience and is passionate about hospitality! Responsibilities Developing pre-opening operating procedures for new concept Oversight of new restaurant facility setup, including but not limited to small wares, equipment, uniforms, standard operating procedures and processes Lead successful training execution of new restaurant opening Lead by example, providing exceptional service and fostering a positive work environment for team Collaborate with the culinary team to uphold the quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings. Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant to uphold health and safety standards. Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications New restaurant opening experience Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
