FLSA Status: Exempt Summary Sells manufactured housing products to wholesalers or developers on a commission basis by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Contacts retailers and arranges to provide them with products.Calls on regular or prospective customers to solicit orders.Demonstrates products and points out salable features.Answers questions concerning products such as price, credit terms, and durability.Completes sales contracts or forms to record required sales information.Forwards orders to manufacturer.Promotes products at trade shows and conferences. CompetenciesMust be motivatedMust be able to provide a high level of customer serviceMust have strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow through with requests for assistanceMust have strong attention to detailMust live the Champion Operating Principles Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B.
