Provider Team:

1. 7 MDs, 4 APPs

Office Locations:

1. Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Anna & Prosper TX
2. No requirement to work at all office locations

On Call:

1. 1 in 8 (new hire included)
2. No general ER call

1. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Centennial
2. Texas Health Resources Hospital
