Schedule: 8-hour Days, 8x5 Schedule Varies 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 1 summer holiday
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within specialty GA licensed Occupational Therapist Required: AHA BLS Certification EMR: Cerner
Roles & Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to acute care patients based on physician orders. Support a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses, including ICU patients, stroke/neurological, orthopedics, and general debility. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families regarding the therapy process and home programs.
