Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary)

Job Overview Atlantic Group is hiring a Workday HRIS Analyst (Temporary) for our client, supporting Workday HRIS operations, case management, and time off administration. This temporary role will focus on resolving a high volume of Workday support cases related to absence management, accruals, and time off while partnering closely with HR technology teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on Workday experience, knowledge of absence and accrual processes, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative technical environment. Compensation: $50–$55/hour Location: Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Workday Case Management: Resolve Workday support cases related to time off, accruals, and absence management while maintaining accuracy and timely completion. HRIS Support: Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR technology teams to resolve functional Workday requests. Workday Configuration: Support configuration updates and system maintenance related to absence and accrual functionality. Data Validation: Review and validate Workday data to ensure compliance with established policies and system requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Workday and HRIS technology teams to support ongoing operational initiatives and issue resolution. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and HRIS support processes while assisting with additional system-related projects. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HRIS administration, configuration, or system support is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting absence management, time off administration, accrual policies, or HR technology operations is required. Technical Skills: Experience with Workday configuration, Workday Help, and HRIS platforms is required, and familiarity with UKG is preferred. Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
