Responsibilities:
• Responsible for field orientation for RN/LPN staff with a strong concentration on clinical skill.
• In cooperation with Clinical managers, facilitate the transition of new staff to their respective roles within the agency during orientation and ongoing as needed.
• Provides focused education to staff needing additional instruction and sets up timelines for meeting established objectives.
• Assists in the planning and development of new orientation programs, including protocols and policies.
• Participates on Agency and community committees as assigned.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations regarding clinical practices.
• Provided direct hands-on patient care as needed.
• Performs chart/order review and focused audits as requested.
• Perform RN telephonic visits as needed.
• Complete back-office workflow as needed.
• Cover telehealth alerts and related tasks.
• Performs related tasks as assigned and requested.
Requirements:
• NYS RN License
• Valid Driver's License
• Home Health Experience
• Must be willing to travel throughout the assigned counties.
