About the Role:

Uplift and Inspire is looking for a passionate and dedicated Life Coach (Direct Support Professional) to join our team in West Chester, PA. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance every single day. Schedule: 10am - 4pm, Tuesday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support and personalized care to individuals with disabilities or special needs
Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and personal growth
Offer emotional support, mentorship, and life coaching to empower clients toward their goals
Document client progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Facilitate community integration activities and social skill-building opportunities

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; degree in human services, psychology, or related field preferred
Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, or life coach is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to pass background checks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Genuine commitment to uplifting and advocating for individuals in your care
