Truck Team Member / Junk Removal SpecialistWe are looking for energetic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Truck Team Members (Junk Removal Specialists). In this role, you'll work alongside a teammate to provide on-site junk removal services while delivering excellent customer service. This is a physically active, customer-facing position with opportunities for growth.ResponsibilitiesDrive or ride in a company truck to customer locationsLift, load, and remove items such as furniture, appliances, and debrisProvide on-site pricing estimates based on volumeDeliver friendly, professional customer serviceAccept and process paymentsSort items for donation, recycling, or disposalMaintain cleanliness and organization of the truckWork efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on scheduleRequirementsAbility to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedlyStrong work ethic and positive attitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid Chauffer's Drivers LicenseReliable transportation to and from workAbility to work flexible hours, including weekendsMust pass background check, drug testWork EnvironmentFast-paced, physically demanding roleIndoor and outdoor work in various weather conditionsFrequent lifting, bending, and carrying
