Pay & Benefits

• Pay package: Starting salary from $265,000 + annual increases
• Bonuses: Monthly guaranteed first-year bonus, year-end bonus eligibility

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43-bed NICU) and Norman Regional Hospital (26-bed NICU)
• Manage neonatal patients, including ventilator support using HFOV and jet ventilators
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including NNPs, neonatology colleagues, and hospital staff
• Ensure quality patient care through evidence-based practices
• Support community-oriented work aligning with hospital standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and hospital coverage as needed
• Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment focused on education and excellent outcomes

What You Need

• MD or DO degree with active medical license in Oklahoma
• BC/BE in Neonatology
• Commitment to providing high-quality neonatal care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a Level III NICU (preferred but not required for new graduates)
