Lead Export Compliance Officer

Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations Provide export compliance guidance to business units and senior management Facilitate export-related matters ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Use engineering expertise to partner with technical and supply chain organizations to classify products Develop and improve export classification processes and tools Administer key elements of the Jurisdiction and Classification Program Lead projects to create export compliance solutions Requirements Engineering/technical expertise and experience Knowledge of the export regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR) Experience in performing export classification determinations Strong communication skills Ability to work self-reliantly and manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Dedication to ethical conduct and professional integrity US Person Requirements: Candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
