About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: Required certifications must be obtained. Must-Have: - Candidates must have completed PeriOp 101. - Candidates must have experience in orthopedic and trauma cases. - Certified Surgical Technologists must hold valid certification and have experience in orthopedic and trauma cases. Description: This position requires 15+ days of call for the cardiovascular operating room, including holidays. The unit features 10 operating rooms. Day shift RN and Surgical Tech positions are needed. Night shift RN and Surgical Tech positions are needed. Patient ratios and typical equipment details are available for review. Candidates will be assessed based on selected skill sets relevant to the specialty. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong fit with the team culture and values. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Weekend and call shift requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
