Smart Construction is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Framer to join our team in the beautiful Bear Lake Valley. We specialize in building premier custom homes and need a framer who takes pride in top-tier work. In this role, you will be part of a framing crew and work side by side with this team. Responsibilities Read Blueprints: Interpret architectural drawings to accurately layout lines and material lengths. (preferred) Construct Assemblies: Build and install floor platforms, wall framing, rafters, and roof trusses. Cut and Prep: Measure, mark, and cut wood and engineered lumber using hand and power tools. Ensure Accuracy: Verify that all structures are level, plumb, square, and built to specifications. Maintain Safety: Keep a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols for tools, ladders, and scaffolding. Qualifications Experience in residential framing, preferably with custom homes. Proficient with standard framing tools, including circular saws, pneumatic nail guns, and levels. Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying mountain weather conditions. Reliable transportation to various job sites around Bear Lake Valley. Possession of standard personal hand tools and proper work boots. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart Construction
