We are seeking a Systems Analyst with strong consulting experience to support business and technical stakeholders through requirements discovery, process improvement, solution design, testing, and end-user readiness. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure to Genesys is comfortable driving testing efforts (UAT/SIT/regression), and can create clear, executive-ready materials using PowerPoint and Excel .

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and validate requirements (business, functional, and non-functional).

• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, workflows, and process diagrams , ensuring traceability from requirement to delivery.

• Support Genesys-related initiatives , such as contact center feature enhancements, integrations, reporting, routing/workflow updates, and platform changes (based on project scope).

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions (workshops, interviews, working groups) and provide consultative recommendations on best practices and process optimization.

• Lead and/or support testing activities , including:

• Test strategy and planning

• Test case creation and execution (SIT/UAT)

• Defect triage, reproduction steps, and coordination with technical teams

• Validation of fixes and regression testing

• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and change documentation .

• Produce concise, audience-appropriate deliverables:

• PowerPoint decks for executives and stakeholders (readouts, recommendations, decisions needed)

• Excel trackers for requirements, testing, defects, and cutover readiness

• Support implementation readiness and change efforts, including training support, job aids, release notes , and go-live/checklist coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in a consulting environment (client-facing delivery, workshops, and stakeholder management).

• Experience working with in a project or operational support capacity.

• Strong background in testing : writing test cases, executing UAT/SIT, defect management, and coordinating with development/engineering teams.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (executive-level communication) and Excel (trackers, pivot tables/basic analysis preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Position Details:

• Pay Rate / Range: $48-$53______

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
