Role Overview: Lead and oversee laboratory operations, ensuring quality, compliance, workflow efficiency, and team performance. Manage staffing, training, performance reviews, and process improvements while maintaining regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements: 68 years experience as a Medical Technologist/Supervisor Bachelors in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field Florida Supervisor License in Chemistry ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification
