Associate Director, Dean's Office Affairs Location: New York, NY Job ID: 2026-15503 Type: Stern School of Business (SB1071) Openings: 1 Category: General Office Administration Overview NYU's Stern School of Business is seeking an Associate Director, Dean's Office Affairs to provide high‑level executive support to the Dean and the Dean’s Office. Responsibilities Provide high‑level executive support to the Dean and Dean’s Office, orchestrating complex logistics and crafting communications to internal and external stakeholders. Manage operations, including calendar, travel itineraries, daily briefing books, event briefings, remarks, and responding to constituent inquiries. Work with Dean’s Office leadership to understand priorities and proactively align office activities, ensuring deadlines and high quality standards. Manage communications: craft and send correspondence, and serve as a liaison for a wide range of stakeholder groups. Build and maintain relationships with faculty, administrators, and students. Lead special projects in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Director, and support events sponsored by the Dean’s Office (receptions, conferences, programs, meetings with faculty, administrators, and corporate partners). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in office operations, drafting and editing external communications, events, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to communicate sensitive information and interact with high‑profile stakeholders with professionalism and discretion. Excellent problem‑solving, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency with standard office software. Annual base salary range: USD $80,000 to $100,000.
