Detail Technicians are paid $17.50 / flag-hour based number of hours flagged with additional production and quality-based bonus opportunities.  Estimated annual earnings range from $36,000 – $60,000+.

As a Detail Technician , you'll be a key contributor to the quality and presentation of thousands of vehicles, helping us exceed Customer expectations and maintain industry-leading standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Washing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a pristine finish. 
• Thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles. 
• Ensuring all vehicles meet cosmetic quality standards. 

The Schedule:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift, flexible hours between 7 am - 6 pm.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:  

• Driving Skills: A clean driving record and the ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles is preferred.
• Physical Stamina:  Ability to :
  • Perform tasks such as bending, pushing, climbing, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching .
  • Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during a shift.
  • Lift and carry 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.  
• Work Ethic : High energy partnered with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and advance within the company.
