Provide skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence. Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members. Keep timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Occupational Therapy-OTA. Education and/or Experience: Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study. Actively Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. Lymphedema Certified-CLT a plus but not required. Job Type: PRN PRN therapists are part of an on‑call pool working on a per diem basis. They have flexible schedules and can accept or decline cases based on availability. Work settings include ALF and residential homes. Higher pay rates but no benefits such as PTO or health insurance. No long‑term contracts; assignments vary with demand. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, often with premium pay. Opportunities to maintain clinical skills and expand professional network.
