• Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
• Strong track record of high performance and profitability
• Expertise in structuring deals and securing financing
• Knowledge of compliance, regulations, and dealership processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products
• Work directly with lenders to secure competitive financing options
• Ensure all deals are structured properly and comply with legal requirements
• Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Deliver a seamless and professional experience for every customer
