Machine Operator Food Production
Location: Shelby, OH | Schedule: Full-Time | Compensation: $19-22 per hour + Overtime

What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and light maintenance
- Keep production running at optimal speed
- Package and process products following USDA, FDA, and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift as needed
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay
- Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Available + paid at time and a half
- Saturdays: As needed
