Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial products and services, including loans and investment options.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using banking software and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
