Wound Care RN: Case Manager & Patient Advocate

Wound Centrics is seeking an RN for inpatient wound care at Westover Hills in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a Texas RN license, current CPR/BLS certification, and at least 3 years of management experience. The nurse will lead case management, coordinate with physicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and educate patients and caregivers.
