We are currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Barista/Cashier to join our team in Gulfport!


Pay: $13.00-$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the cash register and POS system
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments
• Provide customers with accurate change and receipts
• Balance and maintain the cash drawer
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area
• Restock beverages, food items, and other supplies
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:


Starting pay of $13.00-$16.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.
