If you’re ready to learn fast and help shape what’s next, you’ll fit right in.About the roleDevelop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes that cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large, complex datasets from multiple disparate sources. Manipulate and engineer data across diverse domains, collaborating with other data scientists, engineers, and AI teams to prepare scalable data pipelines and intelligent system frameworks. Build, validate, and maintain AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Agent-based) models; diagnose and optimize performance; apply them to business-focused analytical and automation use cases. Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation systems that augment decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Communicate meaningful, actionable insights and AI-driven recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex technical results into clear business outcomes. Build cross-functional partnerships and consensus to align AI innovation with product, technology, and business strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor data teams, and influence analytics and AI roadmaps; assess complex situations to recommend AI-driven solutions with measurable impact. Telecommuting permissible from anywhere in the US.Salary Range: $194,834 - $287,900Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
