As an RN, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the growth and development of our center.Responsibilities:Provide top-quality RN nursing care in a post-acute setting, consistent with legal requirements, facility policies, and resident care plansWork in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team, residents, and family members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plansAdminister medications, treatments, and other interventions to residents and document responsesPrioritize patient safety and promote evidence-based best practices related to infection control and fall risk, among other areasCommunicate with residents and family members, answering their questions and educating them on conditions, treatments, and healthcare optionsAssist with the training and supervision of the wider nursing teamAdditional duties and responsibilities assigned by leadership teamQualifications and Skills:Current Ohio RN licenseDegree from an accredited registered nurse school (BSN preferred)Demonstrated work experience as an RNStrong communication and critical thinking skillsAbility to multi-task in a healthcare environmentBenefits:Registered nurse salary range: $24 to $31 per hourShift diff and additional weekend payAttendance, loyalty and pick up bonuses!$8,000 sign on bonus which will be paid out over first year of employment.Bonus opportunitiesFlexible schedulingGenerous PTO offering (vacation and sick time available)Full employee benefits package401K retirement planOngoing job training and professional development opportunitiesStaff appreciation events throughout the yearWhy Join Our Team: As a Registered Nurse at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you'll experience a sense of purpose and fulfillment that comes from making a difference in the lives of others.
