Hutchinson offers access to notable Kansas attractions and a practical travel assignment base. Downtown Hutchinson is home to Strataca, an underground salt museum located 650 feet below ground, and the Cosmosphere, a Smithsonian-affiliate space museum with major U.S. space artifacts.
