Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every guest feels valued from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications (phone, email, in person)
• Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area

What You Bring

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch experience is a plus)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if ever needed
• A team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for guest service

$16 - $17 an hour
