Stock Supervisor

Summary The Stock Supervisor partners with store leadership to manage inventory flow and ensure the sales floor is well stocked and presentation-ready. This role oversees receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems. The supervisor also trains and directs the Sales Support Team and maintains an efficient, safe stockroom environment. Responsibilities Manage supply and inventory to prevent overage and maintain budgetary expectations Receive, process, and handle shipments to achieve floor-ready standards Maintain inventory accuracy through RFID and stock management systems Train, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of the Sales Support Team where applicable Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom layout in partnership with store management Ensure compliance with store policies and perform other tasks as assigned by management Requirements Strong organizational and logistics skills with attention to detail Experience with RFID and stock management systems; tech savvy Professional verbal and written communication and team-oriented approach Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
