Overview
Join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, as a Final Assembler! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in bringing our products to life, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for assembly work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Assemble final products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of components and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to assembly techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
- Previous experience in assembly within a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
- Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
- Lock wiring experience required
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Perform lock wiring and ink stamping with assistance
- Install shipping caps and plugs on assemblies per blueprint requirements
- Mark assemblies using laser, electro-chemical, or vibro-etching methods according to specifications
- Prepare nameplates and other identification methods for assemblies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standard
