The aesthetician is responsible for providing professional and skilled skincare services to clients. We are seeking candidates who have a thorough knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology, product ingredients, and the latest skincare techniques and trends. What You'll Own Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their skin type and concerns. Develop personalized skincare plans and treatment recommendations based on client needs and preferences. Perform facials, including but not limited to deep cleansing, exfoliation, massage. Administer peels, and other advanced skincare treatments. Work with our Provider team to create specific treatment plans for clients. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures. Maintain client records and track treatment progress. Follow all sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products. Ad hoc duties as defined by the business.
