Work you'll do As a Manager, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Power & Utilities Solutions team, you will be responsible for… Leading functional strategy, requirements definition, and solution design for IFS Cloud Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management capabilities for utility clientsGuiding business and technical teams in defining user outcomes, shaping backlogs, and producing Functional Design Documents covering data, integrations, controls, and user experienceLeading client workshops to document business processes, pain points, desired outcomes, assumptions, dependencies, and non-functional requirements across asset, work, inspection, measurement, location, and materials processesOverseeing the translation of requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools, with traceability to process steps and support for build and test executionDriving design decisions, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination across build, testing, change management, and client presentations, while mentoring junior team members and leading workstreams A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to others The team Our Industry Solutions offering provides verticalized solutions that transform how clients sell products, deliver services, generate growth, and execute mission-critical operations. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience working with utility clients or within the utilities sector, including 5+ years in asset management, asset performance management, or work management in the gas and electric utility industryExperience implementing Enterprise Asset Management solutions such as IFS, including IFS Cloud3+ years of experience leading technical product design for enterprise platforms, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional design documentation, and using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel2+ years of experience specifying integration requirements using application programming interfaces (APIs), events, or batch, including field mapping, system-of-record alignment, latency expectations, and error handlingAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
