Specialty : Urology Board Certified: Yes Hospital Location : Hancock, MI Setting: Inpatient Reason for Coverage : down a provider Summary: seeking a Board Certified Urologist for long-term locums coverage, 1 year or longer commitment Availability : 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off Dates: 8/4 - 8/7 8/11 - 8/14 9/14 - 9/18 9/21 - 9/25 10/19 - 10/23 10/26 - 10/30 11/9 - 11/13 11/16- 11/20 12/7- 12/11 12/14 - 12/18 Site will collaborate with Dr for 2027 needs Schedule: Monday-Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule would consist of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week Hours: 8am - 5pm Call : None Patients Per Shift : 20 EMR : Athena Meditech License : MI License, MI CDS, and MI DEA Required previous experience : At least 50 urological procedures, reflective of the scope of privileges requested during the past 12 months, or successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency/clinical fellowship within past 12 months Additional Details : clinic space ready for the Urologist, and a Da Vinci Xi Robot
