HHR Leasing and Placements Assistant

A Brief Overview: The Leasing and Placements Assistant shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties and completes move-in and move-out process with residents. What you will do Able to discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, services available, and terms of lease. Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit. Compiles listings of available rental apartments. Complies with approved referral and placement protocols. Assists with continuity of communications between HHR and Na MAC. This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties. Qualifications High School or technical school Required one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Ability to read, and interpret general business policies and manuals, safety procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and general business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, prospective tenants, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Knowledge of Email, Internet/Intranet, Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
