Circulator RN - Advanced Surgical Center (Las Vegas, NV) Schedule: Per Diem | Location: Las Vegas, NVAdvanced Surgical Center, a newly developing outpatient facility in Las Vegas, is seeking skilled and dependable Circulator Registered Nurses (RN) to join our surgical team on a per diem basis. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-quality, team-driven environment focused on safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care.  Position Overview:The Circulator RN is responsible for managing the overall nursing care in the operating room and ensuring the surgical team has the support needed to perform procedures effectively. This role is vital in maintaining sterile technique, patient safety, and communication between pre-op, OR, and PACU teams.Responsibilities:Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to ensure safe and efficient procedures.Prepare the OR with necessary equipment, supplies, and documentation prior to surgery.Ensure all surgical counts, consents, and safety checklists are accurately completed.Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical experience.Maintain sterile field and enforce infection control standards.Cross train in Pre- op/PACU.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Circulating Nurse in the OR or surgical setting.Active RN license in the state of Nevada (unrestricted).Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and OR protocols.Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.Experience with urology cases is preferred but not required.Benefits:Flexible, no-weekend scheduling.Opportunity to work in a modern, growing surgical center with a dedicated team.If you're a confident and skilled OR nurse looking for per diem flexibility in a professional setting, we invite you to apply and become a part of our team at Advanced Surgical Center.
