Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Augusta, GA Company: Big Dreamers ABA Job Type: PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Level of Education: MASTERS About the Role As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work in a hybrid model with a mix of in-home supervision, while being backed by a strong admin team that handles the operational load so you can focus on quality care. You will oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of clients, conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and more.
