Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This in-person, full-time contract role extends throughout the full academic year, running from August 10 through May 28, 2027. Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with active credentials for California
• Previous experience providing OT services in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Confident working in-person with diverse student populations
• Capable of managing a caseload across multiple school sites
• Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and self-motivated, with a commitment to fostering student success
• Reliable transportation for local travel

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop intervention plans, and maintain precise documentation
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Travel between schools in the Oroville and Paradise areas; mileage reimbursement provided
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ functional participation in school activities
• Monitor student progress and support data-driven decision making throughout the school year
