Job Description

The Bravo Creative team is seeking a Motion Designer with strong graphic design skills to create premium motion design for 360 promotional campaigns across Bravo originals and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and highly organized, with the ability to take projects from concept to completion while navigating feedback and timely deadlines.

This is a full-time staff position based in the 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NY office, with four days per week in office.

Responsibilities:

• Design and animate graphics for large-scale campaigns, on-air, social, digital, paid media and promo spots.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts, graphic packages, motion boards, and final assets.
• Develop and evolve branded promo toolkits and style guides to support full campaign needs.
• Creative custom creative for live events and activations, billboards, promotional merchandise, and digital deliverables.
• Collaborate with Directors, writers, producers, editors, and production managers to develop work and meet timelines.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts in brainstorms.
• A self-starter who takes ownership of the creative process, elevating the work while contributing to the team’s overall creative vision and business goals. 
• Stay current with industry wide creative trends across platforms, media, and formats.

Qualifications

• College degree in Design or qualified design program.
• Based within the greater New York metropolitan area.
• Four days per week in 30 Rock office.
• 5+ years of professional design experience in entertainment, streaming, or agency settings.
• Advanced After Effects skills and knowledge, including typography, layout, motion design animation, and building / working within toolkits.
• Strong design, animation, and concept development skills, with a portfolio demonstrating design work from concept through final execution.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, forward-thinking creative.
• Proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite: including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design, across on-air and off-air creative.
• Highly organized, detail-orientated, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shows simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-orientated mindset across different platforms, partners, and established workflows.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, outlook)
• A kind, curious, and creatively driven maker with a passion for creating smart, engaging, premium, and fun work.
• Knowledge of the Bravo brand and IP a plus.
