Care Navigator - Bilingual (Mandarin)


HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin) Care Navigator to join a growing healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ . Compensation : $25.00 - $26.50/hour

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• No weekends or evenings!

Daily Responsibilities for Care Navigator - Bilingual (Mandarin):

• As a Care Navigator, you'll serve as a trusted resource for Mandarin-speaking patients, guiding them through every step of their healthcare journey. You'll coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic appointments, and follow-up care while partnering closely with providers and the care team to ensure patients receive timely, high-quality, patient-centered support. This role combines care coordination, customer service, and healthcare navigation to improve health outcomes and create an exceptional patient experience.

Required Qualifications for Care Navigator - Bilingual (Mandarin):

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
