Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Experience in critical care nursing
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR
• Ability to care for patients in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in conjunction with healthcare team members.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing staff.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and safe nursing care while adhering to facility standards.
• Contribute to the management of resources related to patient care.
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining clinical staff competency.
