Staff Software Engineer - AI Platform

Salary: $140,000 - 293,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field plus at least 8 years of relevant experience; or a masters degree plus at least 6 years of experience; or a PhD plus 3 years of experience.
• We look for strong proficiency in software design, data structures, algorithms, and core computer science principles.
• We want experience designing, building, and running scalable, dependable software systems or platforms.
• We value demonstrated ownership and accountability for technical results and system quality.
• We seek excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to shape technical direction across teams.

• We participate in and influence code and design reviews across teams to maintain high engineering standards.
• We identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability, then drive enhancements to existing systems.
• We mentor and support other engineers, helping strengthen technical growth and best practices across teams.
• We communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and other business partners to align on technical direction and execution.
