What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to inpatient rehab patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Document progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Assist in patient education regarding recovery and exercises
• Maintain compliance with healthcare protocols and standards

What You Need

• Indiana state licensure or pending license acceptance
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of relevant outpatient therapy experience (new grads accepted)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays
• Comfortable working with inpatient populations in a hospital setting
