Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure in good standing.
  • Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals is essential.
  • Previous ownership of a hospital or experience as a Lead Veterinarian is highly preferred.

  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Support and Benefits

As a member of our leadership team, you will benefit from the extensive resources of a larger network, allowing you to focus on empowering your teams and advancing medical excellence.

  • Executive Compensation: A competitive salary along with annual bonus incentives based on regional performance.
  • Comprehensive Wellbeing: Executive-level coverage including health, dental, vision, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident, and life insurance.
