Job Overview $7,500 Welcome Bonus Included! My Crossroads Dentist with Dr Place and Dr Cain are looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Location: 1849 Wentzville Parkway Wentzville, Missouri 63385 Work Schedule: Monday 9:30-7pm, Tuesday 7:30-5:00pm, Wednesday 7:30-5pm, Thursday 6:30-3:00pm, Every other Friday 7:30-1:00pm. Two-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60-minute recall visits and 90-minute new patient appointments. Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option to receive daily pay. Opportunity to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Available equipment: Arestin, iTero, Velscope, and CE coverage. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR certification Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patients’ needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions; test will be arranged during pre-employment process About Heartland Dental Heartland Dental is the nation’s largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support to over 3,000 doctors in 39 states and D.C. across 1,800 offices.
